Top 5 Vegas Hotels

sincityhotel

Las Vegas, Nevada. Disneyland for adults as some like to put it. First and foremost the pronunciation of Nevada is: Nev-AD-a not Nev-AH-da. The locals, and yes their are Las Vegas locals, will really appreciate if your pronounce it properly.

In a city full of as many choices as Las Vegas it is hard to know where to begin. So we’ve broken down our top 5 favorite hotels, restaurants, and shows!

Vegas is a city that is built on superb hospitality. Unlike other cities, the hotels are the main attraction. That being said you will spend the majority of your time in Vegas in and around the many resorts. With 15 of the 25 largest hotels being in Vegas it can be tricky determining which one is right for you. While a majority of the hotels on the strip are nice, some reign supreme. Here’s our top 5:

Aria

The receiver of the Forbes Five-Star award for 2015. Aria boosts 4,004 hotel rooms and suites, has 16 restaurants, 10 bars and nightclubs, 150,000 sq of gambling space, and an 80,000 sq salon and spa. Aria is also home to Zarkana, which is in our Top 5 favorite shows. Although the stats are impressive, our favorite part about this hotel are the small features and details that add ambiance and a feel of pure luxury. For example, the lobby and gambling area smells AMAZING! So good in fact that many people choose to by the scent sticks sold in the gift shop with the same smell. Also, there mattresses are one of a kind. They are custom designed by Sealy, and again are so loved that people buy them through the hotel. If room service is your thing, and it should be in while in Vegas, Aria has got you covered!

Bellagio

The world famous Bellagio. This hotel is classic Las Vegas, the stand out, grand daddy of them all. Bellagio has won the AAA five diamond award a whopping 14 times. Perhaps one of its most propionate features are the foundations that are synchronized to music; they are très romantique ! Also the botanical garden located inside are a must see, they change it according to season and it’s always stunning. Even if you’re not staying here, go in!

Cosmopolitan

Condé Nast named it one of the Best Hotels in the world for 2015. The Cosmo opened in 2010 making it one year newer than Aria and the newest on our list. It is perhaps the most popular hotel amongst locals. It is home to the chandelier bar which spans three floors as well as Marquee nightclub. This is a fun, young, cool place to stay.

The Venetian

In Vegas you can experience Venice, Paris, New York, and much more. However, the Venetian does it right. Famously modeled after Venice, it has canals, gondolas, and even a mock of the Rialto Bridge. This is a good hotel to stay at if you’re really going for the “Vegas Experience” through and through. Very memorable.
